Nuclear reactor in northeastern Japan restarted 13 years after 2011 disaster

Tohoku Electric Power has resumed operations of the 825-megawatt No.2 reactor at its Onagawa nuclear power plant in northern Japan, for the first time since the Fukushima nuclear disaster in 2011, a company spokesperson said on Tuesday (29 october). TOHOKU ELECTRIC
