The reactor assembly process has been completed at power unit-1 of the Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant. The process included installing reactor internals, loading fuel assembly simulators, installing a protective pipes unit and an upper unit, Smart Automated and Monitoring Systems (SAMS) sensors, etc. Hydraulic testing is to be conducted at the next stage, to check the operability of the reactor plant equipment.
